Effective date: September 7, 2026

At Voisify ("we", "us" or "our") we value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use and safeguard your information when you visit our website (the "Site") and use our video testimonial services (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Site or the Services, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

  • Personal information. When you contact us, request a quote or sign up for our services, we may collect details such as your name, email address, phone number and company information.
  • Video testimonial data. When you take part in a video testimonial, we collect the video and audio recordings, along with any information you give us during the recording process.
  • Technical data. We automatically gather technical details such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs and other diagnostic data, through cookies and similar tracking technologies.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and improve our services. Produce your video testimonials and improve your experience on the Site.
  • Communicate with you. Contact you about service updates, support and other relevant information.
  • Analyse usage. Study how the Site is used so we can improve its design and how it works.
  • Meet legal and security obligations. Comply with the law, prevent fraud, and protect our rights and our users.

3. Disclosure of your information

  • Third-party service providers. We may share your information with trusted partners and vendors who help us run the Site and deliver the Services. These third parties are contractually bound to keep your information confidential.
  • Legal requirements. We may disclose your personal information where the law, a regulation or a legal process requires it, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Voisify, our users or others.
  • Business transfers. If Voisify is merged, acquired or sells its assets, your information may pass to the new owner. We will tell you if that changes how your personal information is used.

4. Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Improve your browsing experience.
  • Analyse website traffic and trends.

The Site also embeds services run by other companies, and those services may set cookies of their own:

  • Calendly, for booking appointments.
  • YouTube, for the video players.
  • Google Analytics, for audience measurement. It is only activated once you accept through the cookie banner shown on your first visit. Decline it and no analytics cookie is ever set, and nothing about your visit is sent to Google.

Each of these is governed by its own privacy policy rather than by this one.

Managing cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling them may limit some parts of the Site. Your answer to the cookie banner is stored in this browser, so clearing this site's data resets it and the banner asks again, which is how you change your mind.

5. Data security

We use industry standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. No method of transmission over the internet, and no method of electronic storage, is completely secure, so while we work to protect your data we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data retention

We keep your personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes set out in this policy, or for as long as the law requires. Once that period ends, your data is securely deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights over your personal information:

  • Access. Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction. Ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Deletion. Ask us to delete your personal data.
  • Objection and restriction. Object to how we process your data, or ask us to restrict that processing.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

8. Changes to this privacy policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. The current version is always posted on the Site with an updated effective date. Continuing to use the Site or the Services after a change means you accept the revised policy.
